Commercial & Residential Excavation and Site work Contractor

R&B Services, LLC. is family-owned excavation company based in Sanbornton NH.  We are always looking for safety conscientious Excavation Foremen, Equipment Operators & CDL A or B Dump Truck Drivers who are looking to expand knowledge and grow in the excavation industry.

At R&B Services, our focus is to work as a team to get the job done within a reasonable and consistent timeframe daily. Typical shift hours are 6:30AM to 4:00/5:00PM with limited Saturday's unless OT is wanted.

On-site employees play an integral role in a broad range of site-work activities ranging from heavy construction, site grading to utility work.  CDL Drivers work on-site at times delivering/moving materials and will be making local deliveries with aggregates, etc. when not needed on excavation projects.

CDL DRIVER candidates - Class A license with equipment hauling preferred (Tag trailer). Class B candidates should have a desire to upgrade license and learn equipment hauling portion that may be required. Pay based on experience and license type.

FOREMEN candidates will play an vital role in a broad range of site-work activities including heavy construction, site grading, utility work, etc. 

OPERATOR candidates must be knowledgeable in operating all pieces of equipment (skidsteer, excavator, bulldozer, roller, etc).  Willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation based on experience/production-based bonus opportunities for safe productivity.
